Description:
Performance logging. Kind of handy, but I have found no 'need' for it yet, especially since 90% of users do not use it, and the ones that do use it, know not to set it to default.
Service Description:
Collects performance data from local or remote computers based on preconfigured schedule parameters, then writes the data to a log or triggers an alert. If this service is stopped, performance information will not be collected.
Consequences of Stopping:
